Shipping Information

We currently offer a number of shipping options ranging from Royal Mail's tracked services and a *DHL Express service.

Orders items are shipped from our warehouse in the UK. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1 PM the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the next day.

For standard delivery, the below information can be used as a guide:

UK orders should arrive within 24-48 hours after you receive notification of dispatch.

European orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after you receive notification of dispatch.

Orders to the rest of the world can often take 2 or 3 weeks to arrive.

Customs Charges

For the majority of EU countries, customs & duties are now prepaid so you will not have any unexpected charges when you receive your goods.

Due to many countries still experiencing delays & confusion to import/customs systems, we cannot however guarantee that they will not try to bill you, even if we have submitted the correct paperwork on our end.

If this happens, the international delivery company will advise you of the amount due, and you must pay these charges before they can deliver your goods. If you do not pay within the time the carrier specifies, the order will be automatically returned to our warehouse in the UK. Upon receipt of the goods there, we will refund you but we will deduct the shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Please make sure you carefully check your order before finalising your purchase.

Exchanges/Refunds will be given up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Exchanges/Refunds must also meet the following criteria:

  • They must be in original condition.
  • For clothing, items must be unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.

Please note,  if a return is found to not meet the above conditions it will not be accepted.

We cannot refund your original postage costs.

You are liable for your own return postage costs. However if the return is due to receiving faulty or damaged goods, we will refund the return postage costs.

We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges for the following items.

Sale Items.
Mystery Boxes.
Gift cards.
Underwear garments & socks.
