We currently offer a number of shipping options ranging from Royal Mail's standard services, 'Tracked & Signed' services and a *DHL Next Day service.
*Please note although this service is referred to as 'Next Day' a number of factors such as import & customs can slightly slow this service.

Exchanges/Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received.
Exchanges/Refunds must also meet the following criteria:
- They must be in original condition.
- For clothing, items must be unwashed and unworn.
- In the original packaging.
- Tags must still be attached.
Please note, if a return is found to not meet the above conditions it will not be accepted.
We cannot refund your original postage costs.
You are liable for your own return postage costs. However if the return is due to receiving faulty or damaged goods, we will refund the return postage costs.
