The program really works if you stick with it. The videos are pretty helpful when it comes to following the workout plan. Would recommend it to anyone trying to learn
Such a neatly organized and useful tool to increase your jumping ability and confidence. Used this to get back to full strength after some nagging ankle injuries and I couldn't recommend it more.

It's a really fun training programme, but I didn't ever feel my muscles getting exhausted while doing it.
And I haven't noticed any increase in my power either.
I'm 95% sure that I did something wrong, although I do feel like I gave every excercise as much energy as I could. Which is the point I think, right?
I don't want to talk the programme down at all, I just want to give an honest review of the experience I've had with it.
