How would you describe your style as a Parkour athlete?
Athlete is a strong word but I’d say that I try to be all-around in parkour trying to train all types of movement.
What is your favourite aspect of the sport?
When you are not training parkour how do you fill your time?
Honestly, playing RuneScape and watching documentaries.
Is Parkour your full-time job and If not what do you do on the side?
Parkour coaching is my only work at the moment so that I can consistently train to maintain my happiness.
Within parkour are you pushing towards any goals or challenges?
Yes, there are many long term goals in terms of movement that I’m still building up to!
If you were not able to choose parkour what other sport would you like to pursue toward a professional level?
Probably boxing or some sort of combat sport.
What is your favourite part of being a part of Motus?
The friendship and memories that we always create when together.
What are your favourite and most memorable trips you have been on with Motus and are there any places you wish to go too in the future?
The 2017 US tour was the most incredible experience of my life, also I’d like to travel anywhere with good spots!
Motus is a collective of very close and good mates but is there anybody in specific within Motus you find yourself working with the best?
I find that I work best with Johnstone, Marx and Kelan but can work well with any of the guys!
Where would you like to see yourself and Motus within the next 5 years?
I want to see Motus reach its full potential in all aspects being athletes and as a business! Just want to continue to push the sport and what Parkour brands can do.
What is your taste in music?
I’m mostly into old school hip hop.
What is your favourite food?
Pizza and chicken.
