Age: 18

Time training: 7 years

How would you describe your style as a Parkour athlete?

I think I would describe my style as being very technically connected and creative flow-based. I love movement that is well rounded with a good mix of flow, creativity, pure parkour and flips so that’s what I try to do.

What is your favourite aspect of the sport?

My favourite aspect of the sport is definitely the freedom you have to create what you want with your movement. It’s a lot different than most other sports and that’s why I love it so much.

When you are not training parkour how do you fill your time?

When I’m not training I love to listen to music and be with friends. Most of which, I have met through doing parkour!

Is Parkour your full-time job and If not what do you do on the side?

I would love for parkour to be a full-time job, but I need to make money, so I am a parkour coach on the side! So I guess it is kind of a full-time job since I’m teaching it to others.

Within parkour are you pushing towards any goals or challenges?

Right now, one of my biggest goals is to become the first person to land a quad kong gainer outside. Also, I’m really just trying to progress in my movement and continue to get bigger tricks and better flow, because I know I am capable of it and I find progression really fun!

If you were not able to choose parkour what other sport would you like to pursue toward a professional level?

If I couldn’t choose parkour, I would definitely choose skateboarding, especially since that’s what I grew up doing before parkour. It’s also extremely similar to parkour, and I have a soft spot for sports like these.

Where would you like to see yourself and Motus within the next 5 years?

In 5 years I would love to have been featured in bigger films and projects, as well as have a hand in designing clothing. I would also love to be able to inspire others through movement.

What is your taste in music?

I think I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, however, right now I’m definitely into grunge and ska the most.

What is your favourite food?

I don’t really have a favourite food, but if I had to choose one it would probably be rice.
